The Stone Harbor Shiver—a dash into the Atlantic Ocean—is a great way to mark the end of winter. Or is it?
When you say, ‘I spent my summers at the Jersey Shore,’ people always say, ‘Oh, really?’ They think of the TV show. So I just say, ‘A cute little harbor town in New Jersey.’ We lived on this basin where all this magical stuff would happen. One time a dolphin swam into our basin. We had this family of otters that would live on our dock at night. We’d turn the light on and you’d see them, you know, hanging out, just being otters. And then one summer, there was a shark that washed up on our dock. I ended up writing a novel that summer because I wouldn’t go in the water. I locked myself in the den and wrote a book. When I was fourteen. Because of a shark!

— Taylor Swift talking about stone harbor (x)
Anonymous: Great blog! Wish you updated more often.
Thank you! I wish I did too! There are a few reasons why I haven’t:
1. I am working 2 jobs, 6 days a week so I’m quite busy.
2. It’s actually very very hard to find photos of Stone Harbor things that aren’t just beach pictures.
With that being said, if anyone has any pictures that they have taken that they could link to me or if anyone has any requests and are able to find a picture of the request, PLEASE send them to me!! I love seeing and posting new pictures!
